Shipping policy
All purchases will be delivered by local couriers.
UK standard delivery is £3.99 or FREE on all orders £50 and over (receive in 2-4 working days). Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 48 hours. Tracking available on all orders and SMS updates available where a mobile number is provided.
Please allow 2-4 working days before contacting us.
International orders will be process via standard international shipping at £23.99 (receive in 3 - 17 business days).
Please note, Strawberry Avocados UK is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has shipped, as this is down to the carrier.
Strawberry Avocados UK does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or stolen packages stating delivered by Royal Mail or any other carrier used. Neither do we take responsibility for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Strawberry Avocados UK does not claim responsibility for for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender, for reasons included but not limited to, insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at checkout, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery and inability to forward package to updated address.
In the rare event a package appears stuck in the postal system, we have to allow 30 business days for resolution, before we can reship the order.
If your package is scanned as delivered, and the customer claims it was not received, we advise that you file a report with the carrier. We do not accept responsibility for this loss.
