Refund policy

 

Returns & Exchanges 

We do not offer refunds but will offer an exchange.

Our policy lasts 14 days after date of delivery. If 14 or more days have past since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase and contact us within 3 days of delivery, we will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal value.

Sale Items or items purchased using a promo code are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please send us an email at info@strawberryavocados.uk for an exchange approval.

Shipping costs for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend you keep your tracking number as the carrier can experience issues, including losing the items during transit or missed delivery to another address.

Please do not attempt to return an item without approval from Strawberry Avocados UK. Return or exchange approvals will be given via email.  We do not accept force returns.
